Everything finally arrived!!!

It took some time but every thing has finally arrived for my necklace...
Below is a gorgeous strand of natural amazonite nuggets wrapped with an equally gorgeous strand of natural, African Jade, at the bottom right hand corner is a beautiful strand of rice shaped Malachite Jasper stones, which are wrapped around smaller amazonite stones.

As well you can see the sterling silver fish toggle, four sterling silver shells and six tubes with a sunburst design on them, all are from Artbeads.com . I've added a close up photo below as they are rather cramped in the photo above...

Everything was purchased with my wonderful Turquoise Song pendant in mind but I've been known to change my mind many times...so who acutally knows what I'll use???

I have to prepare for my Market tomorrow, loading the van etc., once I'm all finished I'll sit down and read for awhile which will relax me...I have to be up at 4:00am so it is always an early Thursday night!!!

Cheers

  8. Thanks for visiting the lab blog, I think once people experience the flash of Labradorite it is quite addicting. But at first it does seem to be a blah grey stone, but there is magic inside , the sparkle of far away galactic energies. So I am patient and wait for people to awaken to this treasure , ; ) Laura

  16. hello again,azure
nannie here,i thought i would stop by and check out your blog, see what was all going on over here.i saw the pendant you bought from artbeads...absolutely beautiful,i've wanted one ever since i first saw them, but too pricy for disability...i love the ocean one.i wonder if they are very hard to make.. i could think of some fabulous ideas for some.that's how i get my vision of what to make is something like your pendant,my granddaughter's smile,or my gerbera daisies, and boom i can see a picture in my mind's eye of a piece of jewelry or just collage for framing.your pendant instantly made me think of where i grew up in california, let's just say the beach was my best friend.anyway, think of soft blues, greens.
now picture your pendant with a scene under the ocean,a mermaid playing with seahorses...
call it something like "mermaid's delight."
it just comes to me like that.what do you think?love your designs.thanks for the nice words again,nannie/barbara
