Changes???

I've been thinking of changing the look of the blog for some time now... I'm not usually big on change so I do it slowly and with as little fuss as possible...

As you can see, I've added my Etsy store banner to the top and changed the background color. Does anyone know if there is a way to make the banner fit into the spot perfectly without asking the person who made the banner to make it a fraction smaller...it is slightly outside the box on the right? My knowledge in the makings of a banner are nil...suppose I could learn but don't know where to begin! I like the color but not sure if I like it for the blog. I'll leave the changes for a few days to see if it grows on me...if it doesn't will try something else new!! Maybe a complete new template, not sure yet.

If you have a definite opinion either positive or negative leave a comment!

Cheers
PS...thought I'd show you this little beauty listed in my Etsy store...love this bracelet, it is made with Bali silver beads and sterling silver findings, not two will ever be the same...one of my favorites. I have one I made myself a year ago and I wear it almost everyday because it goes with everything and always looks great!

Cheers again...

Chatting!!!

I was chatting with a great person in the"promo" section who was promoting a wonderful artist and of course I had to comment...I do love anything artsy.

Her shop name is Shanya Maidel, which is a Yiddish term that means "pretty or lovely girl". I think it is a lovely name regardless of what it means!

Her shop offers banners and vegan lip balm...will have to try the balm! I'm always applying!!!!
Here is the link to Shanya Maidel's shop...http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5328137...I haven't figured out how to do the link with the pics just yet but this will get you to her shop...have a look around!

This looks good enough to eat...a .15 oz lip balm......the balm insired by Sabra liquer and other chocolate orange goodies... I've never heard of Sabra but it is an Israeli "chocolate orange liquer" sounds wonderful! Shanya Maidel says it isn't waxy which is a good thing!!

I'm going to try the unscented, unflavored, and unsweetened balm...she has a "Try Me" size...works for me!
