I'm going to be doing some consignment...I've always stayed away from consignment in the past, there are a couple of reasons but the main reason being, I'm not there to make sure the piece fits properly...or make any necessary adjustments. This necklace is the perfect example...if I wasn't there to adjust the piece the customer would have gone home without her necklace!
I feel things work the way they do for a reason...maybe it is time?
Enjoy the day
Cheers
Heather this necklace is beautiful! I love the funky bright colors! So happy you were able to make it even more perfect for the woman that fell in love with it! Have a wonderful weekend!

That is just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAs for consignment - it never hurts to try something new... :-)
ah ha...aren't you smart to stash it away for the Market...isn't is WONDERFUL selling to some someone and seeing their excitement...I'm looking forward to getting started on the Market here in mid-June...and YES, good thing you were there to make the adjustment...have a great Market tomorrow!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is abso-looooot-ly (lol) gorgeous! Oh my I would love to find some beads like that!
ReplyDeleteNo wonder she was excited! The necklace is truly gorgeous. Ideally there wouldn't be the need for consignment but often it is the only way to sell through shops.
ReplyDeleteFabulous.....great colours, beautiful design and a happy customer......magic!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, bright & happy! Adding the chain was a great idea for making it a versatile piece!
